Join the Jamboree Phamilee~
We have heard the issues from last year's vending and are making big changes! This year we shall fit more vendors along the amphitheater path. Please note that many of those spaces, while in great view and ear shot of the music, do not have space to camp with your booth. There is space across the path in the woods, which helps keep you nearby. There will be space along the lake path as well, which may have more room to camp near/with your booth.
Being vendors ourselves, we understand the issues with working with this venue. It is a beautiful space, and we love being able to contribute and help the boy scouts out in many ways!
Merch Vendor spaces will be 10x10 unless you have made arrangements for a larger space.
The vendor fee is $150. That includes 2 tickets. No Pets! Electricity is not guaranteed but we will do our best for those who need help with power.
Include a description of your booth and what you sell. Attach pictures of your work.

Food vendor spots are $300, and you have 4 tickets with your booth.
If selected, you will receive an email and invoice to be paid as soon as possible to secure your spot. Thank you for your interest!!
*Special this year, we will be offering a day "blanket" vendor pass or mobile vendor.. These will be available at the merch booth for $40.
Traditionally, you could sell whatever you can fit on your blanket. Some have mobile racks and many other creative ways to showcase merchandise. You will still need to purchase a ticket to the event. And then the day you wish to get a vendor blanket day pass, you'll get this from the merch booth located by the amphitheater. No need to fill out the vendor application if you are only wanting to do a day pass. The application is for those vendors wishing to have a booth set up all weekend.
